This policy outlines what Recruitmentle ("we", "us") does with your personal information.
1. What we collect
When you browse recruitmentle.com we collect:
- Analytics — we use privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) and advertising measurement tools to understand site performance. Where advertising pixels are used, they are disclosed here and operate per their providers’ policies.
- Contact form / email — if you email us or submit a form, we receive the email address and message you provided.
- Income calculator — we collect your email address, phone number, the consent choices you make and the source of your visit to provide calculator access. These records are stored using Cloudflare and GoHighLevel. We label your contact as an income calculator lead and email you the calculator link. If you select “Yes, save me a free seat in the 2-day masterclass.” on the form or choose “Join free” in the invitation, we use those details to register you for the masterclass in GoHighLevel and send separate masterclass emails. Calculator access alone does not register you for the masterclass.
- Job applications — when you submit an application, we collect your contact details, location, experience, role-specific results and tools, location and time zone, portfolio/CV and introduction-video links, availability and pay expectations or acknowledgement. Meta ads applications also include ad budgets and tracking experience. We store applications using Cloudflare and GoHighLevel to review candidates and contact them about the role. Detailed answers are held in a restricted hiring pipeline; account administrators can access it. Applying for a role does not register you for our masterclass or marketing emails. Your application is sent when you select “Send application”.
- Checkout data — purchases happen on Kajabi's platform; Kajabi collects name, email, and billing information per their own privacy policy.
2. What we don't collect
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not share your data with advertisers.
- We do not place third-party tracking pixels.
- We do not use interest-based payment tracking or remarketing cookies.
3. Cookies
The income calculator uses an access cookie for up to 30 days so you can return without entering your details again. It also remembers in your browser tab whether you have seen the masterclass invitation. The calculator page does not load advertising pixels. If and when you proceed to Kajabi checkout, Kajabi may set its own cookies as described in their privacy policy.
4. Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. We will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU, you have additional rights under the GDPR including the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
5. Data retention
We retain email correspondence for up to 3 years for support purposes. Purchase records are retained by Kajabi per their own retention schedule.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated to active students via email.
